The Union Grill is one of Craig Street's finer restaurants and is perfect for a causal lunch or dinner. Arguably one of the best places for a college date.

Price: Meals from $8.99-$25.99 ; $10 bottle of wine list ; 1/2 price drinks from 6pm-8pm everyday  (Now accepts Plaid Cash and Panther Funds)

Lighting: Soft, but not dim.

Atmosphere: Seasonal, calm, and warm. There are many types of seating including round tables, square tables, booths, long benches, and bar stools. Soothing background music   adds a nice touch. The Grill can get loud when crowded but hearing conversations across the table should never be a problem.

Portions: Large, come hungry or prepare to leave with a bag.

Service: Friendly, attentive service is a strong attribute of the Union Grill. Servers check up on tables often and are quick with refills and orders.

Traffic: Lunch and dinner bring in a crowd. Don't worry, the service remains excellent.

Took a friend for a birthday lunch celebration, too loud in there to hear each other talk, service was mediocre, food was excellent.
