The UG Super-Premium


Steakburger

The UG Super-Premium Steakburger is our answer to New York City’s “Burger Renaissance” –

restaurants like Shake Shack, Black Iron Grill and Minetta Tavern redefining the hamburger with

custom blends of house-ground beef.  These New York burgers cost upwards of $26.  Ours is of

equivalent or better quality for the price of 9.99.  As usual, we keep our prices as low as possible, and

feel that our customers will not regret paying slightly more for a burger that is simply “out of this world.”

 

At over half a pound, the UG Super-Premium Steakburger is made from choice cuts of dry-aged Delmonico, sirloin, brisket and chuck, custom ground into a burger that is a totally different taste sensation from anything you’re used to.  Served on a grilled Amoroso bun.  Includes choice of side.  (We recommend fresh-cut

shoestring potato fries.)  NOTE:  Since overcooking ruins the delicate flavor of the UG Super-Premium Steakburger, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that it should not be cooked beyond medium.
